DeWayne Brawner, BA - Psych, Th. M., D. Min., is President of the Board of Directors of TU. He has vast collegiate leadership experience in Academic Affairs. He has been trained as an academic dean/director of education. He also served as a Director (Dean) of Student Services. He also served in the trenches as a full time professor and later as an adjunct instructor. Before entering the college arena he served as the Chief Administrative Officer at a behavioral healthcare facility for drug and alcohol abuse and accredited by The Joint Commission (JAYCO) and licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Responsibilities included developing all policies and procedures, including human recourses and standards of care for residents. He developed and implemented application for facility licensure by the state, and coordinated and implemented all aspects of applying and receiving facility accreditation. While serving as a Senior Pastor he became a Licensed School Child Care Administrator by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. He has served as the Executive Director of an agency that provided drug prevention and intervention services for thirteen counties. Throughout his career as a collegiate leader, senior pastor, chaplain and pastoral counselor, his goal has been to improve the lives of others.

Linda A. Ratcliff, Th.D., Ed.D., President Emeritus and founder of TU, has spent her entire life teaching, 15 years in elementary school, and also three years teaching English in Japan via the Internet. She is the author of several workbooks used by the university. She wrote the only faith-based day care seminar to be approved in Texas for 20 CEU's, and taught that in Texas for several years to day care providers and workers. She has been a pastor's wife, and has always been active in her church as board member, treasurer, Sunday School teacher, VBS teacher, and member of the music ministry team as keyboard player, choir director or singer, or hammered dulcimer player. Her experience as a business owner/operator for 18 years has been invaluable in running the day-to-day operation of the school. |

Prof. J. Potgieter D.D., Ph.D, is Senior Biblical Mentor, lecturer and president of Damascus Ministries , with the mission (Matthew 28:19) to win AFRICA for JESUS ... even one person at a time!
Johan is also the Chief Administrator of the Fellowship of Christian Churches in Africa Johan loves teaching and associating with churches in order to equip them to spread the GOOD NEWS! He has made it his personal mission to mentor students as they go from zero to hero, from mouse to mountain lion for the MIGHTY LION of Judah. With the help of his associates, Johan has been starting churches and home cells, teaching, equipping and helping believers to take the GOOD NEWS to the market place for many years. Wieskawa Aleksandra Beben, Th.D., is our registrar for Poland and certain other countries.
Wieskawa was a school teacher for 10 years. She is a dedicated, born-again Christian businesswoman, with a passion for the upliftment of people. She is very serious about training Christian leaders in communication, and is dedicated to the development of ministry skills by making the courses at Therapon University available internationally. |

Chaplain Donald Gibson, D.H.L., D.Lit, is the president and founder of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc., Homeland Crisis Institute, and the Senior Bishop of Trinity Full Gospel Churches. Chaplain Gibson is a United States Marine Corps, Combat Vietnam Veteran and former Police Officer. In 2003 he was ordained as a Methodist minister and later elevated to Bishop by St. Thomas-a-Becket Synod and University in Canterbury England.
Bishop Gibson now serves as a counsel to the Bishops for Bishops of Synods in the United Kingdom and North America. He became ordained as a nondenominational minister and chaplain because he believes that chaplains must be all things to all people. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries is about crisis response, recruiting chaplains, training chaplains, ministers and reaching out worldwide to people in need. Chaplain Gibson has contributed several courses for Therapon University's curriculum. |

Prof. Hendrik D.D. and Dr. Phillicia Bester, D.D. are founders and senior pastors
of Dunamis International Family Church, and founders of Umdali Institute.
They started off in 1990 with 34 people, and today there are more than 1000 people involved in the ministries. The founders have Dynamic Kids pre school and a private school with grades 1 through grade 12, government education approved .The church has a DIFC Education centre, and an impressive recording studio . This dynamic church stays busier than busy bees and they are truly making golden gospel honey! They are true NATION BUILDERS! Many can learn here how creative arts can be applied to reach the nations! |

Prof. Andre Wilken was a colonel in the S.A. Police for many years. At this time, he is full time in training, developing courses, and streamlining the academics for Therapon University in Africa. He is also secretary general for Damascus Ministries in Africa. Andre is very honest and dedicated to God. He is always willing to help in a crisis. With his dedication to ministry and willingness to help, both Damascus Ministries and Therapon University in Africa are growing. |

Dr. Ian Grobbelaar, Th.D., is the deputy secretary general for Damascus Ministries in Africa. He is full time in training and developing courses for Therapon University, to be used in our classes in South Africa. Prof. Grobbelaar served as an Elder on the Commission of Elders for the Netherlands Dutch Reformed Church, South Africa, and retired the position after an unbroken 25 years of active service in the above congregation. He is a registered, chartered, insurance practitioner, and certified to teach hundreds of insurance courses. He represented South Africa in an international speech competition in America and was awarded the “Outstanding Toastmasters Achievement Award” for outstanding service rendered by the International President of Toastmasters International U.S. in 1985. |

Prof. Nicolas Marais, Ph.D. is currently serving in the Body of Christ as Teacher and Minister. He is the Academic Dean of a Ministry in South Africa. He is also a pastor at Joy Centre, South Africa. He is also involved with curriculum development and also assist as a study leader for Therapon University in Africa. Nicolas is also actively involved in the Body of Christ, speaking and hosting meetings. His fields of study include: Theology, Counseling and Education. Dr. Nicolas holds academic qualifications from three different universities. His passion is to empower people through practical education in ministry and to take the presence of God to the nations of the earth. |

Lukasz Beben is our correspondent in Poland. He is a chartered accountant, and also holds a diploma in Communication (passed with distinction), Honours B.Comm and a Masters in Communication. Lukasz is currently working towards his Ph.D.

Prof. H. Roux, Ph.D., is a Pastor and Herbalist with an emphasis on Biblical Wellness. He is born again and a genuine person. Prof. Roux obtained his Doctorate with Therapon University. He is assisting in preparing study materials for Therapon in Africa and also proud to be with TU.

Therapist (LBT), and his experience as a business owner/operator for 21 years makes his input and
assistance invaluable as he willingly serves in whatever capacity is needed by the school.

Johannes J Siebrits is the Senior Pastor of the Bomb Shelter Bikers Church, and holds diplomas in Agriculture and Christian Ministry, and has a BA Hons in Divinity Studies. Pastor Siebrits is a serious biker with a passion for Biblical Evangelism, soul winning, and lecturing. He has many years of experience in study material development, and assisting with the development of students. We welcome him to our staff as a lecturer. |

Monica Robertson, MBC, is a current student and Adjunct Professor for Therapon University. She has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1996 leading prayer ministry, leading worship, preaching, teaching, writing conference material, and developing ministry and counseling tools to help the body of Christ walk in the fullness of their freedom. She was a home-educator for 13 years and has written curriculum for church conferences, leadership development, and addiction recovery programs. Monica has been married for over 25 years and has one adult child but she has enjoyed the great responsibility and privilege of spiritually mothering many in addition to mentoring, coaching, and counseling. She is the Director of a counseling business called The WAYstation and serves people in the church, her community and beyond. She is an author and public speaker and has a desire to follow the Holy Spirit in any sphere of influence where souls can be reached for salvation, healing, and discipleship in the Kingdom of God. |

Dr. Jakes Joubert, Th.D., is the senior Pastor of His Life Ministries / Sy Volle Lewe Bedieninge and is the President/ Dean of His Life Training Centre (Bible College), Dr. Jakes is a registered Christian Counselor, lecturer, Pastor and mentor. He has a great passion for the lost, poor and needy. In addition, he is involved with several outreach projects. He is serious about winning souls for God’s kingdom! They are spreading and teaching the Gospel through musical ministry, Biblical evangelism, correctional service, welfare service, leading support groups, and end time events ministries.

Prof. Leon du Plessis, M.Sc. Management, Ph.D. in Restorative Justice, is a Brigadier in the SA Police. He is also a Senior Lecturer for Therapon University and an excellent speaker.
He has been a tremendous asset in assisting with workshops and lectures, and our students find him to be very inspirational.
Prof. du Plessis has also assisted and consulted internationally with police departments in Russia, Germany, Hungary, Nigeria, France, Africa and Interpol.
