Prof. Marlize Lamprecht Professor Marlize Lamprecht, Ph.D., President of Therapon University, is well known as an ambassador for children and their wellbeing, and the mental and spiritual health of families.  She started with her studies in Counselling and the focus on children counselling since 2004 and never stopped equipping herself to assist families in reunification of estranged parent child relationships, doing supervised contact and assisting with high conflict divorce cases with the focus of the voice of the child.  Over the past 10 years, Prof Marlize also familiarised herself and gained practical experience in the line of social work-related services. 

Apart from her post graduate degrees with a master’s degree in the discipline of Healthcare Counselling, Doctorate degree in the discipline of Mental Health Counselling, PhD in Alternative medicine and a PhD in Ministry, she ensures to stay relevant with current matters. 

In addition to training adults in the field of Ministry, Counselling and Children Counselling, while being a constant part time student herself, Prof Marlize also has a private practice and has developed a Social Club for children with various branches assisting them with socio- emotional and physical development, communication and problem-solving skills, enhancing self-esteem and much more.  

Linda A. Ratcliff, Th.D., Ed.D., President Emeritus and founder of TU, has spent her entire life teaching, 15 years in elementary school, and also three years teaching English in Japan via the Internet. She is the author of several workbooks used by the university. She wrote the only faith-based day care seminar to be approved in Texas for 20 CEU's, and taught that in Texas for several years to day care providers and workers. She has been a pastor's wife, and has always been active in her church as board member, treasurer, Sunday School teacher, VBS teacher, and member of the music ministry team as keyboard player, choir director or singer, or hammered dulcimer player. Her experience as a business owner/operator for 18 years has been invaluable in running the day-to-day operation of the school.
Michael Ratcliff Michael E. Ratcliff, B.Th., is a licensed Belief Therapist (LBT), and his experience as a business owner/operator for 21 years makes his input and assistance invaluable as he willingly serves in whatever capacity is needed by the school. He is our registrar and serves as secretary/treasurer on the Board of Directors.

Michael has edited several of the courses written for the school, and created answer keys for many.

Monica Robertson Monica Robertson, MBC, Ph.D., is a current student and Adjunct Professor for Therapon University.  She has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1996 leading prayer ministry, leading worship, preaching, teaching, writing conference material, and developing ministry and counseling tools to help the body of Christ walk in the fullness of their freedom.  She was a home-educator for 13 years and has written curriculum for church conferences, leadership development, and addiction recovery programs.  

Monica has been married for over 25 years and has one adult child but she has enjoyed the great responsibility and privilege of spiritually mothering many in addition to mentoring, coaching, and counseling.  She is the Director of a counseling business called The WAYstation and serves people in the church, her community and beyond.  She is an author and public speaker and has a desire to follow the Holy Spirit in any sphere of influence where souls can be reached for salvation, healing, and discipleship in the Kingdom of God.
Grace Ziegler Grace Ziegler, B.Th. has served the Lord faithfully since surrendering her life to Him in 1980. She served as a pastor’s wife for many years and formed and led many ministries. She is a teacher of the Word. After 31 years of marriage and becoming a widow, she felt the call of God on her life to obtain ministry credentials. In 2016, she remarried and that is when God began to fulfill the 30+ year word He had given her - that she would go to Africa. Together, with her husband, David C. Ziegler, they formed Int Out, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) mission organization, and now serve as missionary/evangelists in Uganda, Africa. They are directors of Harvestime Bible Institute – a 2-year Bible institute that trains and equips Ugandan pastors and leaders.

Grace holds credentials through The Missionary Church International based in South Carolina, USA. She is the author of “For God So Loved” – a 30-day devotional written to give hope to those who have been in sexual predatory relationships but it is helpful to anyone who needs to know the love of the Heavenly Father.

Grace holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Ministries from Harvestime International Institute; a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Therapon University; and is studying for the Master Degree of Theology with Therapon University.

Together she and Dave are blessed with 6 adult children, 17 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons.
